It's not a suprise any more, since October 2008, any (candidate) pilot has to take a proficiency test in English. This rule came out of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and imposes the candidates to get a minimum score of 4 out of 6.
It is now possible to take this test with BFS!
